How it runs
A Research Lead orchestrator sits on top of the persona set and decides — based on the question — which run mode fits:
- Single persona — one role's reaction to a feature or message
- Parallel panel — multiple roles, same question, contrasted
- Upward cascade — decision rights, who has to sign off
- Downward cascade — process questions, mandatory by default
- Departmental cascade — within-function depth (e.g. all of finance)
Step 0 optionally pulls HubSpot account context before simulation if a real account is named — so the panel reasons inside that operator's actual constraints.
