Multi-bear task router with structured engineering panels. Runs across a three-NUC cluster — Grizz, Panda, Ice Bear — coordinated by a dispatcher daemon and a shared Syncthing bus.
/home/bear/Sync/goldilocks-busGoldilocks routes engineering work to the right bear. Each bear has a specialty pod skill, a watcher daemon, and an isolated Claude environment. The dispatcher accepts assignments via JSON over HTTP and writes them to the bus; the target bear's watcher picks them up and runs them.
Osiris-mode panels run a structured 7-role review (PM / EM / FE / Design / Solutions / Data / ML) for RFC review and architecture decisions, then dispatch follow-up execution work back to the bears.
